Rough idle with Ac on. Engine seems to shake/ shutter then return to normal also my clutch pedal stays in 2 inches its a new clutch and slave cylinder

try bleeding the clutch and scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. see pic and vacuum special tool is like the mite vac auto parts may rent it.
