I replaced my fried alternator but it still isn't charging. After putting in a brand new alternator it still won't charge? Is there some fusible links I am not seeing? What can I do to troubleshoot this? I Thank you for your attention to this.

First measure the voltage on the generator's output terminal with the engine off. A test light will work fine for this. You must find full battery voltage there all the time. If it's missing, there is a fuse or fuse link wire burned open between there and the battery positive terminal.

make sure you have 12 volts on both red wires at alternator,if no voltage there you have 3 fusible links on the harness next to the battery 1 18 gauge gray,2 8 gauge light blue.
