unless it's anactuator problem then it's avacum problem as vacuum operates the doors where air is directed in your car the pic I sent is under the dash to a vacuum motor and check those lines going to the vacuum motors one may be pinched. otherwise pull hvac fuse for 60 seconds with key on and see if that straightens it out. if not have a pro look at it and scan for codes for a hvac problem auto parts can't do that.

Which fuse? Under dash or the relay under hood? Also is there only that one actuator door ? & could one of the vacuum pumps be stopped up? Do u have a diagram of the vent system? .maybe something got disconnected or is blocked by an object like a piece of paper? Just my thoughts...

the pic I sent is of the vacuum inlet door which I think is the problem. see if you are getting vacuum to that line at the vacuum motor. or the clip has broken off, I doubt it's a piece of paper or something like that. pull fuses 15 & 17 for 60 seconds inside car. I really think if it worked prior to the blower being installed then it's a pinched line or no vacuum it can be at control head or one leading to motor as that is the vacuum source.

OK, I checked the vacuum lines, and there is not a pinched line. pulling the fuses did not change anything.

As for if they are all working properly, I don't know how I am supposed to check that. When I take the trim off and take the control unit loose from the dash. I can see all five of the vacuum lines. When I take the connector off of the ac control unit or the switch panel, whichever it is called, I can feel the vacuum from some of the hoses, but not all. Can you tell me which colors should be getting a suction for which settings? That would allow me to check each hose to see if they are working with the vacuum or not. As, it is not the vacuum coming from the actuator. But the other two vacuum pumps are behind the control panel and I cannot tell if they are working or not.
