I have an Ram 1500 4.7 crew cab 4x4. I have a lit ABS light, parking brake light, no speedometer or odometer. I believe it to be one of the speed sensors, but which one?

It has two in the transmission, and one on each wheel. I recently put in larger tires, new rims, and the shop added a spacer. I changed the rear brake pads, and one of the front hub bearings.

None of those changes caused the lights to come on, they just did on a regular highway trip to pay the electric bill.

What part do I need to replace, and how can I turn off the warning lights?

there is a sensor on top of the differential. it is the most common failure for the speedometer and ABS light. otherwise, you need a shop to trace the wiring to determine the failure.

No the 2008 does not have a sensor on top of the differential.
It has the speed sensors on both of the rear wheels instead.

Okay, do this test which will identify the bad sensor by checking the voltages produced, you should also ohm out the harness and look for connection issues.

I wanted to add this information in case anyone needed it.

U1110 means lost wheel speed message.
U1120 means lost wheel distance message.

Refer to these drawings for more info on where to look.
