A/C is not blowing cold air?

I have the truck listed above 1500 v8 4.7L with approximately 250,000 miles on it. the A/C went out on it so I decided to just re do the whole system the compressor, condenser, evaporator, accumulator, and the orifice tube line. I pulled a vacuum on it; it held very good no leaks I recharged it to its factory charge, but the A/C isn’t blowing cold it’s blowing around 70°F I would like to get it colder. any help?
