Is it true that there are no suspension adjustments?

I just had 4 new tires installed at a local tire store. The van badly needed an alignment. They told us that with the 08 Grand Caravan there was no rear adjustment. They would do a 'front thrust alignment' or something like that.

They gave us a computer diagram of all 4 tires. The diagram shows that the rear camber, toe, and thrust are NOT symmetrical. Is this true and is there any way to get the rear adjusted?

So there are no adjustments to fix the rear suspension? That seems like poor design on Chrysler's part.

that's the way it is with a car manufacturer. you could try a frame shop as they someitmes can bend things for a better alignment. Tire shops would never do that because they don't have the equiptment so they just tell people it can't be done but a frame shop might be able as they run into this all the time. On a heavy duty truck (semis) they do this all the time.
