2008 Dodge Avenger won't turn over

I was out running around after several stops I went to leave and it started then died. I tried multiple times to start it before it finally started and stayed running and I was able to make it home. Once I made it home I turned it off and tried to restart it and it would come on and immediately die. It now has stopped even turning over. Took out the starter and it is working fine and replaced the fuel pump. The fuel pump is working fine but the car still will not start. Any suggestions? Please help!!
