I need to tow this car, how do I get the steering wheel to lock?

If you need to tow the car, the tow truck driver can tie off the steering wheel to the window or even better the under cariage. Otherwise the steering column has to be dis-assembled to fix the pin which is actuated ny the ignition switch.
If it is towed from the fron, it should not be a problem anyway, and it should be towed from the front. The best way to tow it, and it costs the same, it to have it towed on a flat be truck.
