the light by my headlight adjustment switch stays on all the time is that right???

my battery has just gone completely flat over 4 days of not being used i noticed the above light on all the time even when ignition off and car locked so wondered whether that was the problem and what the answer was thanks.
i have charged the battery and all is well but light still on any thoughts????

The Citroen isn't sold in the US, so I can't look it up. Can you attach an image or two so we know which light you're talking about?
