I just recently took a cross country trip. Now, my RPM's fluctuate wildly even when lightly accelerating or decelerating. However, it gets worse the faster I travel. It does affect my cars performance (can best describe it as slightly jumpy when the RPM's fluctuate) and a slight noise can be heard when I'm accelerating sometimes. Typically it goes away when I take my foot off the gas. I'm really hoping you can help me!
