rear brakes pads fitted disc?

hi, i need to fit pads and rear disc to my 1.9 vecrta, it has the wind back type calipers fitted from new. they are working ok but since fitting pads are grinding I need to do the bake can you help?

Lastly the process from a like vehicle is attached. We don't have a manual on this vehicle as it is not offered here in the USA but this process is going to be pretty much the same.
