Power outlets not working

Hello,

There is an "ACC" relay that sounds like it not working. Here is a guide to help test the relay to confirm the issue and the wiring diagrams below so you can see how the system works along with the relay location:

Yes, checked with ignition on. Mirrors work, everything else seems to be working. Fuses did not look blown, but this morning I changed three of them in the panel under the dash having to do with power outlets, so I checked the relay using the guide and it was bad. I got a new relay for $34.00 and now everything works! I love this site.

There is no juice coming from my 12 volt. power outlets (2) at bottom of dash. Cannot run my satellite radio or GPS. I tried changing the fuse (15A)? with the spare provided but nothing.

What am I doing wrong?
