I have 2007 Toyota rav 4 the oil and engine light on in my dashboard.. my battery went dead and I have this sound in my engine when I turn it off the engine..I went 2x in Toyota maintenance they replace my battery but the problem is not solve... My question what this part in my engine sound like short circuit?
