aligning headlamps/adjust

Just wanting to know how to adjust/align the headlamps? One is pointing up/too high and we need to know how to level this lamp?
Seeing how this could be a problem to oncoming traffic. Bought the car used and noticed at night the lights are not aligned properly. Thank you.

first check to see if there are any springs missing or if headlamp bucket is broken. this car may have been wrecked and not fixed properly. see pics for proper alignment. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
