2007 Suzuki XL7 heat not woking

When I try to use the heat it blows out cool. It has been doing it for a little while but the last time my battery died I out a new one in then the heat started to work again. Now it has gone out again, I tried to disconnect battery to see if it would work but it did not. Also it will only blow from the head vents even when you switch to feet or the window vents

you have two actuators , one for heat/cool and one for directions. first pic is one for directions and second is h/c and third is cam bracket for the h/c the cam bracket or thing pointed out in pic coul be broken or the actuator isn't getting power so you will have to look at it. long arrow is recirculation actuator #2 is mode actuator and #6 is temp actuator see if they get power if they do then they are bad.
