2007 Suzuki Forenza car engine oil

My car was low on oil .. No oil light came on but was making a noise. I put oil in but the noise is still there. I put in two quarts .. Could there be something else wrong i dont know when the last oil change was. do you think i need one. or do you think its something major ? PLEASE HELP ME ASAP.

When an engine is making noises its always a major thing-I recommend you check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge to rule out the oil pump and engine bearings-start here

so i shouldnt drive it any where to let some one else check it ? i dont believe i can do that myself

if in doubt have it towed, it may save you thousands if the oil pressure is low, driving may destroy the engine.
