Hi. How you doing? On the engine the air intake system came unsealed, and I was wondering how much would it cost to get it resealed or replaced? The issue with this car just happened about a week ago and the check engine came on also. It seems like the car also been using alot of gas and the airflow seems off. Thanks.

What do you mean by unsealed?

If there is anything wrong with the intake system resulting in vacuum leaks, it can trigger the MIL. yo should retrieve the trouble code to find out what is causing it.

As to pricing, you need to ask locally because prices differs and i also depends on what needs to be done.

Meaning that there was caluking to hold it together and all of a sudden it just cracked at popped open.

I dn't see anything related to air intakes except a parts catalogue. Are you trying to do advertising here?

No. I was trying tell to you that the part I am having issues with was didn't have a number and the site was not showing on the computer I'm on for some reason. I was just was wondering what the price would be. That's all.
