My car starts vibration when achieved speed of 70-80 KMPH?

My car starts vibration when achieved speed of 70-80 KMPH. i have visit many experts, replace CV joints, steering, all tyres and rims but problem is still there. I am using new tyres of GT Radial classiro.

check belt and tensioner recommended replacement of both is 60k

Did they check the lower ball joints? I would also have an wheel alignment done. There is a center spacer that needs to be used with these rims to help center the rims on the bearing hubs FYI. When it is on the alignment rack they can check the ball joints for you. Also, have then check the lower control arm bushings as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
