Strike bearing out and away from vehicle,Strike on the backside of where the rotor mounts, if these methods fail take a chisel and strike chisel between bearing and hub seperating it.

An easy test and one I use in the shop to determine what bearing is making noise is to put the vehcile on hoist, in neutral, spin tire by hand while grasping coil spring with other hand, should feel smooth if ok, a bad bearing you will be able to feel the roughness/grinding in the spring while spinning the tire.

Would it be really bad if I use an air chisel?

I would spray wd40 and let it sit overnight. Here is a guide and diagrams below to show you ho to remove the bearing hub:

Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Cheers, Ken

Hi Ken,

Hate to say this but I have done that. I have used the torch, wd40, pb blaster, and a 3lb hammer. It is completely solid. I am wondering what a repair shop would use in this case. Air hammer chisel?

It sounds like it is really rusted in there, make sure all three mounting bolts are out. Connect a slide hammer and get started. Can you upload pictures or video of the front and rear of the hub so I can get an idea of what you are doing?
