Indicators and wipers not functioning correctly

My indicator stem has stopped working and headlights are always on when the engine is started. Also, the stem operating the wipers is not working properly. What could be the problem?

Most likely the multi-function switch is bad causing the headlights to stay on and the wipers not functioning.

what is wrong with my car when my lights flicker on and off and my window wipers stop working? i can hear a clicking noise coming from my dashboard near my glove box when this happens.

check the battery and alternator. check the relays are installed correctly.
