2007 Grand Prix remote start sets off car alarm when I go to start it.

Start by checking battery in FOB. Most autoparts stores have signal testers.

Battery has been replaced. Horn continues to go off when I attempt to remote start at any distance from the vehicle. I only have one FOB to the car - the other was lost years ago.

Either FOB is bad or reciever in car.
