Will not start after a stall

was driving home when I went to overtake a slower car I went down one gear and the car lost all power and stalled. tried to restart it but it would not fire just turns over.

Hello,

You could have either a fuel issue or a ignition issue.
You could have a faulty crank sensor or lack of fuel.
Does the vehicle cranks over?
Any codes?
If so what are they? This might help us point to the right direction.
