Hi we recently did a head gasket replacement on my car. head was send in and came back OK. now after assembly the car is jerking when throttle is opened. car shakes when idling at 950rpm. white cloud of smoke on start up and while driving. no power on acceleration. i have changed spark plugs aswell.

I am sorry, You have done something wrong and the only way to go is to disassemble what you did and inspect for the failure. Sounds like a mispositioned gasket
