When driving, especially at high speeds, front of car vibrates terrible when gas petal is stepped on. All 4 tires have been replaced with new tires. Alignment has been done 2 or 3 times since problem started. Brakes have also been replaced. Two years ago I accidentally ran over a brick/stone while traveling on the interstate. Had to replace the rim & tire on the right front passenger side. Seems the vibrating started then & just keeps getting worse. None of the tire shops or mechanics who worked on the brakes seemed to be able to figure out what the problem is. What can be causing this awful vibration when putting foot to the gas pedal & disappears when foot is taken off?

This is typical of a worn inner cv joint housing. The clue is it is most noticeable under load. The three rollers bind as they roll back and forth. Instead of allowing the half shaft to change length freely, as it needs to do, it pushes on the spindle and steering linkage, and you feel the vibration in the steering wheel.
