My 2007 NIssan Quest sounds more like a truck when I push on the gas pedal. Is it supposed to sound that way. It is more like an underline rumble."

It sounds like a fan clutch is locked up.

It is difficult to say if it is normal as we do not know the noise level you are referring to and how the noise really sounds like.

It could be normal or it could be a minor leak withing the exhaust system or a loosely installed air cleaner cover. There are many other possible reasons and it is best to get someone to have a look at it as we are not able to understand noise problems over the internet.
