Front Drive Side Suspension/Tyre Creaking (metal on metal)

I gave it to a mechanic, I guess he lubricated & tightened whatever he chould find. He said if the noise didn't go, I'd have invest more money to buy new kits (i'm not sure of all the components)

The creaking is still there, I think it got worse now. I can even hear it while driving on the highway where there is little work on the suspension.
Noise is definitely from the front driver side suspension. Sounds like metal on metal.

Is it harmful? Will the axle snap?

Check the sway bar bushings, and check all rubber mounts. It sounds like one is bad and metal to metal. I can't say if it will break untill I know what is making the noise.
