2007 Nissan Maxima Steering rack and pinion

Hi,

I have a 2007 nissan maxima and the the steering rack seal is leaking on both sides. I need to change the rack and pinion but i do not know which brand to buy. Which one would you consider best:

A1 cardone 263014
Acdelco
Aae

Also, if you replace the rack and pinion, do you need to replace new outer tie rods or can you use the old ones the vehicle was supplied with?

And do you also need to replace new steering hoses or can you use the old ones if there are no leaks in the hoses?

do you know why the rack and pinion leaks? Is it because of the steering pump? Would you have to buy a new steering pump too?
