I have a 2007 Nissan Frontier SE. Recently the supplemental restraint system (SRS) began intermittently blinking. The dealer claims he tested the system, and that he tried to reset the light without success. He told me the airbag will not deploy, and we need to replace the SRS, with a part cost alone of $800. Is this reasonable, should we get another opinion, is there a cheaper alternative? Any other suggestions?
