when i'm trying to test the IAC by unplugging it with wires connected and ON the contact, the IAC get out so, i found it is ok but when i'm tryning to return it to its place i found it becomes longer and i can't fix the bolts so i want to return the IAC tip back in to allow me to return it.

the way to test the IAC is with a scan tool. applying voyage externally will damage the motor. the only way to retract it now is with a scan tool. otherwise you may have to replace the motor
