rear hatch won't open

i use the emergency little door and a stick to open rear hatch. i have disconnected the window hatch but that didn't work, still can't open door. i have taken inside panel off and took off hatch handle to clean, still not working. i have checked all fuses, all are good.

Possibilities here could be one of the following: ETACS-ECU, liftgate latch switch and the hatch opener switch

There are many fuses that run the hatch did you check them all here is a guide and a wiring diagram so you can test for power.
