I hear a whining noise when i start my car , i guess it is from one of the pulleys or the power steering pump , i took of the belt and tried all the pulleys they look to be moving freely , nothing hard or stuck , even the idelar pulley , do u think the power steering makes this noise , but the steering wheel is not hard , drives good , might be the power steering pulley or what ?
