I got 2used tires to replace both front tires. When I got on the freeway, going about 50 or 60mph, I started hearing a whine like the wind is blowing really loud. It gets louder the faster I go. I don't hear it on city streets and it also depends on the road surface. I know it's the tires, but I don't know what and I need for it to stop because it makes me nervous. What would cause this?
