My 2007 Lexus ES350 cigarette lighter will charge my cell phone and other accessories, but the cigarette lighter itself, won't stay in to light a cigarette, and the light for the cigarette lighter surround and ashtray won't come on when the headlights are turned on. I've changed the fuses but nothing has fixed the issue. How can I fix this?
