can the 2007 infiniti M45 intake fit on the 2003 infiniti m45 heads?

The part number for the manifold gaskets are the same for the 2 years, so the manifold from either year will bolt up. I couldn't tell you whether anything else will bolt up properly. Call a dealer or the junkyard.
