AC suddenly stops blowing

i have hummer h3 2007- i have a problem with the AC, it suddenly stops blowing from the dashboard and blows from front windshield, technicians told me they checked the ac switch, and ventilation and other components but no trouble found

the AC is coming sometimes from the front windshield or it starts blowing down my feet
