i recently hit the curb with my honda and pushed the front bottom part of the muffler in 1-2 inches and it crumpled in about 1 inch. i noticed the car rattling a slight bit when the engine is on. i was told by a mechanic it would have to get changed within a month -a month and a half and it would cost me in the range of $500 to $1500 including labor and depending on the brand of muffler.
i would appreciate your input on this matter.
