A/C only blows through defrost

My A/C only blows through defrost vents. Upon initial startup itll blow from regular vents but after about a minute or two itll only blow through defrost, no matter what setting it is on. At first it would only blow cold from drivers side and warm on passenger side, but after a while it only blows cold through defrost vents.
