My car is the GT model. The electronic mechanism for locking does not seem to be working. I have a two door car, and you can manually open the door locks (both with the key and pull up from inside). However, using the switch inside the car does not work to lock/unlock the doors. The fob is also not working, although I suspect I have a faulty fob as well.
I checked fuse boxes, replaced a few burnt ones with no resolution. Not sure where I should check next.
Read online it may be a BCM issue, although nothing else is malfunctioning in the car: power windows are functional, all lights are functional, cigarette lighter and auxiliary port are functional, radio is functional. The only other non-functional piece is the CD player/changer it is stock and no longer works, but I am again unsure if this is related.
EDIT: I have checked to make sure it is not the switch itself by changing the switches out and trying again. The switch is still receiving power (eleven volts), but does not send the signal to lock/unlock the doors, but will drop voltage when pressed. No clicking noise when switch was pressed, either.
