Since the vehicle was stored with a full tank of fuel the float may get stuck. When fuel is left for any amount of time it starts to varnish. You can tell by smelling the fuel. It would have a bad smell. Add new fuel run the car for while to see if the float is free. Depending where the car was stored I would check the whole car for any tell tale signs of squirels or mice that had nested in the car while in storage. check all the wires. When a newer car has sat with the battery dead or removed it takes about 50 miles of driving before the computer will reset.
