strange movment in my steering wheel

i have a strange and strong movement in my steering wheel only when i accelerate from 40 to 60kmph and it returns but very very weak at 100kmph but my tires are not bad cuz alot told me that the movement at 100 is from tires i have a ford focus 2007 1.6 ghia thx
