What is the most common problem when the vehicle has weak fuel pressure?

Hello,

Weak/low fuel pressure can be due to a restriction in the fuel line, it could be a bad fuel pressure regulator, clogged fuel pump. It can also be a weak fuel pump that is unable to provide enough fuel.
If you are only experiencing low fuel pressure on cold start it could be a bad regulator.
What pressure reading are you getting when cold?

With the key on and engine off this vehicle should have 35-70 PSI of fuel pressure.
