1. Starts normal with normal (Idle,But while driving and after engine warms up,the first time you step on the brake or slow down the (Idel drops) to where you can't harly hear the engine run. The engine has never stalled or stop, but the idle is not normal.
2. Changed the fuel filter,as well as spark plugs, the air fillter seems good, but did get a check engine lite with all fluid levels OK. Reset Computer by disconeting and reconecting the ground from the battery. The lite has never came back on.

Why do you think it's not normal? Do you know what the actual RPM is?

When the lights are on they also dim when the idel drops. I don,t have a way of gauging the RPM, but I'm burning between 80-10 in gas and am thinking of Upgrading the octane untell i can figer out whether it's a Duct Cleaning, 02 Sensor,Oxygen Sensor, A Speed Sensor or Idle Control Valve. Wish I hadn't reset the computer.

You're over thinking this. It does not sound like a problem. the PCM controls the idles speed and the goal is the lowest possible "stable" idle. If it's not stalling, don't worry about it. The lights dimming is normal too.
