I have a 2007 Ford F150 I just noticed the air bag light on so I stopped the truck turned the ignition off and restarted the light went off. I started watching it and it seems like when it rains I have issues with it It blinks once then it is followed by blinking nine times then comes on and stays on until I turn the truck off and restart it

Hello,

The code 19 means the RCM (Restraint control module) is full of codes and needs to be replaced. This happens when the car is in a crash and the airbags have gone off. The dealer will need to read the data of the RCM and load it onto the new unit.
