You need to reply to your original post. That way the original person who answered will get an automated e-mail directing him back there. This way you're starting a new conversation and the right person may never see it.

Be aware too that the format here was changed recently and we aren't getting a lot of those automatic e-mails. That could explain why you didn't get a reply you might have been expecting. That should be corrected soon.
