AC was checked for leaks, and none were found, freon was supplied, but AC only blows warm air. The high AC button is not working now, but it still works when AC is not engaged. The front of radiator was flushed with water to unclog any road grime, but nothing changed. The AC blows slightly cooler when driving on highway, but not like it is supposed to. I was told that I need a new compressor and accumulator, but I am not sure, please help.

On this you really need to know if the compressor is working or not. meaning you need to know high and low pressures. If your large line going into evaporator is sweating /frosting up then it may be an actuator not an accumulator with key on pull fuse 7 and fuse 20 it may reset the actuators for temp. there are two actuators one for lh and one for rh.

Is this the same with a 2005? Is this the fusebox in the engine or inside of passenger side of car?

Fuse #7 and fuse #20 are in the smart junction box on the inside of the car. Here are the fuse locations and a guide on how to test them:

Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
