although there is no way to identify a noise over the net, but it sounds like the only thing left is a shock/strut or spring issue.

All of the parts you listed won't make the kind of noise you described.

There is a tool you might be able to borrow or rent from an auto parts store that borrows them called the "Chassis Ear". It is a set of six microphones, a switch box, and headphones. You clip the microphones to suspect points, then drive around while listening with the headphones. You can move the microphones around to zero in on the source of the noise. Be aware that many mechanics have never seen or even heard of this tool. Suspension and alignment mechanics use it to find rattles, squeaks, and other noises.

Hmm ,I actually was asking a guy if my struts were bad and they said no but I'm thinking yeah he's wrong because it does it on multiple bumps at a time ! The control arms I put in now rub against my tires and wore out a quarter inch grove on the inside . The other ones rubbed a lil bit bit nothing like this . I'm gonna see if I can grind a quarter inch down on them

Hold on. You don't normally fix things by grinding on them, at least until we know what and why. There's a couple different suspension systems and they have different methods of aligning them. Do you have upper and lower control arms at the ball joints or do you have four straight arms that go from the firewall to the axle tubes? How many lug nuts per wheel? Is this a 1500, 2500, or 3500?

Please tell me the ride height has not been altered or there's over-size wheels and tires. Where exactly is the tire rubbing or wearing? Is it on the sidewall or on the inner edge of the tread?
