I have a small rubber component right above my transmission coming out of the bottom floorboard. I think it's part of my air conditioning system because there is water coming out of it. I looked in the repair manual can't seem to find this part and what it's for. When I start my air conditioning there is a damp smell this started happening after the leak developed.
