I got into my car and the battery seemed dead.
So I had someone come jump me. It seemed to
Take awhile to get it running, thinking it was just
Dead. So after it ran awhile I started driving for
The day. It seemed to be driving ok. After about
15 minutes of driving the car just made a strange
Noise and the radio shut down, the heat went off,
The dash was going crazy. Had no idea how fast I
Was going. The car continued to drive but seemed
Off. After about a minute the light to hit the breaks and
The ABS light kept coming on. I finally made it home
Shut it off, gave it a moment and now I can not start
It up again. I can't seem to find this problem anywhere.

I don't know why you are continuing to try to drive this with that problem. You need to start out by first testing the battery and once you have a known good battery, have the charging system tested.
