2007 Chrysler Town & Country seat belt doesn't work

My passenger side seat belt does not lock in place when braking. What do i do? Can i fix this myself?

Common cause is a pencil fell down into the mechanism and is blocking the pendulum. You'll have to remove the trim panel to look in there. You might ask at the dealership. As I recall, seat belts and emissions system components have their own warranties that are different from the rest of the vehicle.
