anti theft keeps shutting the car off

I'm having a strange problem with my 2007 PT Turbo. After using the car all day yesterday (FRI) I was going to move it and the red alarm light came on and my car won't stay running. It works intermittantly with my wifes key but not with mine. I was told if I leave the ignition turned on and left for an hour it might recover my key alarm code. My doors lock and unlock fine it's just starting and keep on running with my key,my wifes key works if I turn it off and on about 6 times.
